Our investment professionals work to assist our clients with selecting investments that meet client needs and objectives.  CM Capital Services provides clients with access to borrower information our internal underwriting division reviews when approving a loan funding commitment.  This may include a recent appraisal on the property, broker price opinion, planned use of funds with cost breakdown, exit strategy, financial statement, tax return, and/or borrower credit report.
