As a licensed employee of CM Capital Services, External Investment Associates are required to comply with the following:
- Complete all applicable new-hire documentation with CM Capital Services.
- Complete a background check.
- Complete the licensing form and pay a $185 fee.
- Pass Mortgage Agent licensing account Exam or complete 30 hours of in-class training.
- Partner with a CM Capital Services Senior Investment Officer to handle all investor inquiries and aspects of opening Investor accounts.
- Complete three-day training in two-hour increments with a CM Capital Services Senior Investment Officer.
- Attend a weekly sales meeting in person or remotely.
- Fulfill regular compliance supervised inspections from CM Capital Services Compliance Personnel as well as general compliance oversight and guidance.
- Annual 10-hour continuing education series requirement and applicable license renewal fee.
- License and employment status will terminate after 90 days if there is not adequate production.
