Lending Process

Due to the high volume of funding requests we receive, if you are interested in contacting CM Capital Services for financing, the following process must be followed:

Fill out and submit a Project Summary Interest Form.	We will contact you within two business days to determine whether your request fits our criteria to proceed to the next stage.	Upon approval of your interest form, fill out and submit a complete Loan Application. Additional information may be requested from our underwriting team at this time to facilitate our due diligence of the property.	All information will be presented to the Investment Committee, which meets weekly. If accepted, we can fund your loan within 30 days.
