Discounted Transfer Program
SELLERS
Due to liquidity needs in the current market, CM Capital Services provides a service through its Discounted Transfer Program whereby private investors may sell their ownership positions in foreclosed properties at a discounted price to that which the Seller paid. As a third party loan servicing agent, CM Capital Services will not solicit Buyers, but will facilitate the transactions when Sellers and Buyers reach mutually agreeable terms. All sales are contingent on Buyer demand and availability of funds; CM Capital Services makes no guarantees regarding the execution by Buyers.
BUYERS
For investors seeking longer-term real estate investment opportunities in a Deed of Trust position and/or Limited Liability Company membership interest at a discount price, Buyers may purchase a position in foreclosed properties at a discounted price to that which the Seller of the position paid. The Buyer acknowledges that neither the Seller's original price nor the discounted purchase price reflects actual market value.
