Todd Parriott is the Chief Executive Officer and President of CM Capital Services.  As a leader and a visionary, Mr. Parriott has developed and implemented focused business strategies and products paving the way for CM Capital Services to become one of the largest private Trust Deed investment firms in the United States.

With his comprehensive real estate investment knowledge and strong industry relationships, he continues to create opportunities for Investors, lenders, developers and homeowners. In the process, Mr. Parriott has created a unique blend of companies to provide a broad range of investment and lending opportunities in Southern Nevada.  These include CM Group, LLC, Desert Capital REIT, Inc., CM Securities, LLC, Residential Capital Mortgage Corporation, and various Note and future REIT offerings.

Prior to his career in the real estate sector, Mr. Parriott worked in the gaming industry where he was responsible for analyzing customer data and market position to forecast marketing requirements, and he assisted in preparing market analysis for the merger of two of the largest gaming companies in the world.

Mr. Parriott received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
