Andrew Menlove
VP, Portfolio Management

Andrew Menlove is the Vice President of Portfolio Management for CM Capital Services.  Mr. Menlove is responsible for developing workout solutions and exit strategies on all REO properties and defaulted loans, including negotiating purchase contracts and structuring joint venture agreements with development partners. 

Prior to joining CM Capital Services, Mr. Menlove was a Principal for MakeItNew Services in St. George, Utah where he managed the design and development of a 9,000-acre development and farming operation.  Before his time at MakeItNew Services, Mr. Menlove was the Director of Land Development for Pulte Homes, Inc. where he managed various stages of entitlements, planning, design and development of seven Master Planned Communities and nearly 50 smaller subdivisions, producing up to 4,000 residential lots annually. In addition, Mr. Menlove worked as an engineer for Montgomery Watson Harza as part of a civil design team.

Mr. Menlove earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
